About Mirna Estrada

My education and work experience allow me to understand and articulate how information is received, processed, integrated and reproduced both cognitively and behaviorally by organizational members and stakeholders in context of process and strategy. The focus of my master's thesis was on organizational learning and communication dynamics. My focus on the construction and re-construction of knowledge and meaning by organizational members. I am trained to address organizational communication as a constitutive process that relies heavily on processes and infrastructure to support learning. Organizational learning is delimited by hierarchy, infrastructure, the nature of the organizational culture and the link between action and learning—these variables can hinder strategy implementation and the flow of information in both project and change management. I advocate for dynamic communication flows and auto-communication to foster co-creation and collaboration.
