About me: highly motivated, energetic, collaborative, detail orientated, assertive as necessary, and a friendly addition to any office! I graduated with a degree in 3d Game Design, but decided that wasn't enough for me. I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration to add to my toolbox. I currently work for ABS Payroll - an employer-of-record payroll company, which means we handle the employer’s payroll obligations for everyone we pay out. My job functions include-Employer tax filings for UI and Withholding accounts - reporting for over 30 states -Processing garnishment paperwork, UI claims, wage inquiries, etc. for 5 company accounts -Handling/distributing mail for main company and sub companies -Assisting in W2/1099 processing -Bank Reconciliation - Check clearing -Processing reports and file organization -Proficient in various workflows including A/R&A/P -Providing support to team members Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and manage multiple client engagements. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Technology Skills: Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software. My previous positions include: office manager at private college in Hollywood for animation/vfx, assist. manager at McConnell's Ice Creams, QA tester/artist for a mobile game company, assist. at a yoga studio, barista at Starbucks, and courtesy clerk at a grocer named Sprouts. While living in NY for a few years I was an assist/archivist for a photographer, photo editor/photographer/assistant for an art gallery, and mail clerk for a remote office. My hobbies include hiking, gardening, drawing, reading, photography, and cooking :)
