My career journey has taken me from being a night shift supervisor to a maintenance support specialist, with a strong focus on digital printing and equipment. One of my most notable achievements was leading the successful relocation of a company to a new facility in Dandenong South. This complex project required meticulous planning and hands-on execution to ensure a seamless transition. I spearheaded the self-installation of key equipment, including the EFI QR, HP Latex and HP 800. This initiative highlighted my technical proficiency and commitment to operational excellence, as I directly oversaw the setup to meet our performance standards. Collaboration is a cornerstone of my approach. Throughout the relocation and installation process, I worked closely with trade experts to troubleshoot challenges and maintain uninterrupted operations.
