About Miroslav Forejtek

Experienced hospitality professional with over 25 years of leadership in hotel management, sales, and marketing across Central Europe. I currently serve as General Manager at Hermitage Hotel Prague (formerly Park Inn Prague), where I have successfully led the property since its opening in 2009. In 2020, I oversaw the complete rebranding and repositioning of the hotel from Park Inn by Radisson to an independent upscale property under the Hermitage Hotel Prague brand. This transition included leading all aspects of brand development, operations restructuring, marketing strategy, and guest experience enhancement — while navigating the challenges of the pandemic. The successful transformation resulted in a stronger market position and renewed guest loyalty. Throughout my career, I’ve held a variety of senior roles including Deputy General Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, managing complex operations across multi-property portfolios. I’ve led large teams, driven CAPEX projects, implemented guest satisfaction programs, and built a reputation for dependable, hands-on leadership. I’m known for being practical, loyal, and detail-oriented, with a leadership style grounded in trust and open communication. I take pride in building cohesive teams, mentoring talent, and delivering consistent results in both stable and challenging environments.
