As a Learning Experience Consultant, my work often starts with content — but what I really do is connect people, tools, and standards so ideas can scale smoothly. I specialize in turning chaos into coherence: helping organizations structure content, optimize workflows, and align creative vision with digital reality. Whether that means rethinking metadata, building better processes, or bridging communication gaps between teams, I’m at my best when I’m untangling complexity.
