Growing up with the values of Ancient Yoga and Modern Science, I always believed in a holistic approach to health. However, my personal journey shaped my mission: I battled thyroid issues that led to weight gain, hair fall, hormonal imbalances, and mental health struggles. Doctors told me I’d need pills for life—but I refused to accept that. Through Yoga, strength training, and nutrition, I successfully reversed my thyroid condition and reclaimed my health back in my control After 5 years in the corporate world, I left to pursue a bigger purpose: empowering people to prevent and reverse lifestyle diseases like thyroid disorders, weight gain, diabetes and stress-related health issues My Approach I stand on five pillars of wellness: 1⃣ Movement & Physical Activity 2⃣ Breathwork 3⃣ Nutrition 4⃣ Sleep & Recovery 5⃣ Mental Energy & Spirituality It’s important to remember that as we get busier in our lives, growing up the ladder, our bodies must be equally equipped to support us through the mental and physical challenges, ensuring your health remains your number one priority My methods combine ancient practices with evidence-based techniques for sustainable, life-changing results!
