Driven by a deep passion for helping those in my community, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space for individuals from all backgrounds to support their healing and growth. My extensive experience includes working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly children with autism, working with trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression. Utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, schema therapy, and a strengths-based approach, I am committed to providing personalized and effective interventions. My focus on neurodiversity-affirming approaches acknowledges and celebrates the uniqueness of each individual's presentation. Open to connecting with professionals in the NDIS community, as well as educators, and like-minded individuals dedicated to making a positive impact. Let's build meaningful connections to enhance our collective efforts in supporting the well-being of our community. I am also actively seeking opportunities to collaborate with schools, offering valuable support for children and teenagers.
