I am looking for a new position in maintenance/heating & cooling. It fits well in my past experience. My goal is to find a position that would lead to Chicago stationary engineer license. However I welcome. My passion for HVAC and maintenance in general drives me will quickly become apparent. My educational background includes a strong emphasis in maintenance and construction for which I have successfully applied to my past employment. For the last 3 years I have been working on low pressure boilers in an aged facility. Prior to that I was employed with the same company as a Maintenance Engineer working on exercise equipment, HVAC systems, and general maintenance. My duties included maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing both mechanical and electrical problems. I have enclosed my resume, which provides more details on my qualifications. I am a property manger for 2 100+ year old building. I fully maintain both buildings with boilers. In preparation, I have completed my Associates in Applied Science, Stationary Engineering, which included a program in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration. I have obtained my EPA Section 608 Universal Certification. Again, I believe much of my experience is transferable to the Air Conditioning field and that I have the required motivation and work ethic necessary to become an important asset to your company.
