Originally from Switzerland, based in Luxembourg, I have extensive international experience having lived in Asia for a total of 18 years, as a teenager in Japan between 1989 and 1995 and working for UBS from 2007 to 2019 in Japan and Singapore. Working in a multi-cultural environment is where I excel. The University of St. Gallen is my alma mater where I completed my masters degree (lic. oec. HSG) in 2001 and my doctorate (Dr. oec.) in 2004. My doctoral dissertation with the title "Cooperative Governance" focused on harnessing governance structures and processes as a source for sustainable competitive advantage. I am a charter holder from the Chartered Alternative Investments Association (CAIA).
