Within my profession as an Industrial Engineer (MSc), I have helped Philips at least: • Lead engineer of a team of 4 FTE that led to the successful introduction of 7 new medical system types (project worth over 25M€) in production with a lead time reduction of +/- 2,5%(+10 systems per year). • Introduced new test software (FDA 21 CFR 820.72 and EU-MDR 2017/745 compliant) in production. For this I defined the requirements, directed the design such that it ensures efficient and effective use in production, and verification and validation of this test software (developed by 2 FTE). • Reduce their energy consumption by at least kW/year. • By ideating and drafting a process optimization for the re-use of transport frames in supply chain worth 3,7M€ yearly with potential re-use saving of 2,7M€ annually (900T material/1 kT CO2). • By ideating and initiating a project with the potential to decrease the use of 1600 packaging boxes per year and enable to produce 2 systems more every year (Impact of at least 2M€/year). Connecting people, linking different disciplines and views, and finding the best solution through creating team spirit is something I love to do. I am an expert in continuous improvement, new product introductions, DFMAT and verification/validation of production processes. All of this I do with a sharp eye for detail. Armed with Master’s degree and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate, I bring a unique blend of analytical skills, creative solutions and pioneering to every project so to increase business and customer value.
