I have been working in leadership for over 16 years, have continuously developed myself and my understanding of leadership and follow my fascination with leadership. I've celebrated successes, grown from my mistakes and also learned to deal with setbacks.​ On the one hand, my leadership approaches and coaching methods include this practical wealth of experience, on the other hand, they are also based heavily on my experiences as a trained safari guide in Kenya and South Africa. What I went through in my development as a leader in everyday business, in connection with my experiences and knowledge from the African wilderness, I use today to support people in personality development and especially in finding their leadership role.
