I possess a diverse finance and general management background across corporate life including CFO, Company Secretary, COO and MD / CEO roles in a diverse range of entities within Australia and overseas. In addition to the normal skills and activities associated with these roles I have led strategic and business planning, corporate restructuring (and liquidation), human resources, company administration functions and legal. I am a very confident person with highly developed management, leadership, financial, commercial, technical and negotiating skills combined with a passion for professionalism and mentoring the future leaders of the business whilst ensuring all employees develop and remain passionate, committed and engaged.
