I never imagined I’d end up leading a team of analysts, driving national crime intelligence strategies, or building data solutions used by some of the most respected institutions in South Africa. But here I am. Grateful, driven, and still learning every day. My journey began with a passion for understanding people: what drives them, what connects them, and sometimes, what compels them to break the law. With studies in Psychology and Criminology, and nearly a decade of experience in analytics, I’ve grown into a space where data and humanity meet. That intersection is where I do my best work. As Head of Analytics at Online Intelligence, I believe that I lead with intention. Building strong teams, developing scalable solutions, and shaping strategies that make a real difference in risk, safety, and operational clarity. Besides this, I’m also deeply committed to mentorship, growth, and the belief that leadership isn’t about having all the answers.it’s about creating the space for others to find them too.
