About Misha Hardt

In a career spanning over 30 years, I’ve been fortunate to work in various aspects of real estate. I first obtained my real estate sales license in Texas in 1993 working for a large residential brokerage with exclusive homebuilder listings. This allowed me to acquire knowledge of both residential resale and new construction properties. To supplement my income as a young real estate agent, I began leasing apartments part-time. My passion for the business allowed me to move up the ladder quickly to an on-site manager, and then a regional supervisor. After managing multifamily for a few years, I decided I wanted to return to residential real estate sales. I went to work for local homebuilders. Then later obtained my Texas and Florida real estate brokers license and opened real estate brokerages, with specialization in luxury new construction and new development. Prior to my current role consulting on real estate matters, I co-owned and managed a multi-family construction business; where I gained experience managing large scale commercial construction businesses. I have a passion for teaching and sharing the knowledge and experience I’ve gained throughout the years to create more sales, better customer service, and happy employees and customers.
