With over four years of experience in retail and customer service at renowned companies like Walmart (OSL Retail Services Inc.), I have consistently exceeded sales targets and delivered outstanding customer service. I thrive in dynamic environments and take pride in leading teams to success by fostering collaboration, setting clear goals, and continually striving for improvement. Additionally, I bring a solid foundation in sales and marketing, with proven success in executing field marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and contributing to overall business growth. During my tenure at OSL Retail Services, I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Through academic study and hands-on projects, I am sharpening my expertise in SAP, preparing to tackle real-world business challenges. My background in supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management, has equipped me with the tools to optimize efficiency and streamline processes.
