I work closely with top leadership in Group Manufacturing & Powertrain to align HR strategies with business goals, enhance workforce planning, and lead organizational change. My background covers the full spectrum of HR core functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, industrial relations, workforce administration & foreign worker management.
