About Missi Pitcher

I have been working behind the chair for 14 years and have a massive passion for the hair industry. I’ve had the privilege of being trained and mentored by the Industry's top hair professionals and company greats in Washington DC, New York and LA throughout my career. It’s my honor to have been recently named Artistic Director for bhave USA, am a National Color Educator, Platform Artist and owner of the social media and education platform Boss Hair Society. I have taught on stages in Hollywood, New York and Nashville, as well as travel the country writing and teaching advanced color formulation and technique classes. My joy and passion grows from working side by side with my fellow stylists to help them grow in their craft and passion. I am the founder and creator of MaxCharles Hair Studio in beautiful downtown Portsmouth, NH, where I continue to work behind the chair. As a Session Stylist, I have worked on photo shoots in Hollywood and was trained by both large corporate hair companies and smaller boutique brands as well as a four-time NAHA winner in editorial styling and cutting. In 2017, I was named Catapult Seacoast's Top 20 Young Professional to watch, have been a judge for Work, Stay, Play NH and formally a volunteer for the American Cancer Society for 11 years.
