After working with Linkedin, Hyatt, Walmart HQ and many other companies, they have learned how to move the corporate world forward with the goal of creating vitality in the workspace. With over 20 years of experience working with people to increase employee engagement, eliminate pain, establish healthy habits, and improve their quality of life, Ryan and Missy created Death of the Desk to move the sedentary world utilizing movement drills, strength training, and body hacks backed by neuroscience. They make it a point to stay on top of the current health and wellness trends to provide the most effective and accurate information.
