About Missy Rappoport

I am a lifelong resident of Cincinnati. Having lived on both the East and West sides of town, along with my business taking me throughout the Tri-State Area, I can offer the unique perspective of each, helping my clients find the area that best suits their needs. I have built a successful career in real estate for over 20 years. In the late 80's, during my senior year in high school, I began working part time as an administrative assistant for West Shell Realtors. From there I fell in love with the industry, which prompted me to go to school and become licensed as a Realtor with West Shell. In the late 90's I expanded my career. Through apprenticeship, extensive training and testing, I earned my state licensure as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser, eventually owning my own appraisal company. As the market changed, so did my goals; transitioning into land acquisition, development and luxury home building, forming R&R Custom Homes, LLC. It is only natural for me to be back home with Coldwell Banker West Shell as a Residential Real Estate Adviser to complete my full circle of expertise in the real estate industry.
