Missy Rust completed her Masters in Social Work in 1989. She has worked in primary outpatient care with drug and alcohol addiction, as a play therapist in home with mentally ill children and their families, as a facilitator of children of divorce groups and then as a life coach. Missy then moved into entrepreneurship owning several different types of businesses with different business partners, including a bar/restaurant, a small manufacturing wholesaler, a tattoo shop, and a med spa. She now is thrilled to be the Founder of this amazing non-profit, Meliorism Works Fund. It is the intersection of all her previous life and professional experiences along with some new and exciting challenges.
