Oversees back office patient and work flow Along with the Site Leader, Lead Physician, and the Operations Manager functions as a member of a collaborative team providing appropriate supervision and training to site staff. In the absence of the Site Leader and in conjunction with the Administrative Coordinator where applicable, assumes responsibility for personnel management and office flow. Provides feedback and suggestions for improving processes and procedures. Provides information and feedback regarding back office employee performance to Site Leader for annual performance reviews. Manages clinical portion of site audits Oversees ordering of clinical supplies Oversees and ensures proper storage and tracking of vaccine and medication inventories Acts as change agent for introducing and implementing new policies and procedures with positive attitude
