I am currently working for Brinker International, as a kitchen manager having been promoted from hospitality manager and bar manager before that. I am currently responsible for obtaining and maintaining KPI’s, upholding the vision and mission statement, manager timeline, safety and security, labor, food cost, ticket times, training and developing, conducting contests and delivering on the guest experience while keeping within set guidelines and goals. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s of science majoring in hospitality and tourism management in August of 2015. I have a strong accounting background and love to see numbers move in a positive direction and have it balance out. Education partnered with my 20 years of experience, strong passion and first-hand knowledge in the hospitality management field makes me an ideal candidate for this career opportunity within your company.
