Since a dynamic environment critically impacts 21st century education, Academia has instituted a new position to bridge the gap between furniture manufacturer and school designer. Meet Misty McFadden, Academia's Educational Environment Coordinator, available to help support classroom visions with designer-friendly guidance and solution-oriented creativity. Misty, an honors graduate of American Institute of Interior Design, speaks the language of designers and can custom-tailor Academia's product line to ensure your school's dream is realized. Her fresh ideas and solid commercial experience make her the perfect interface for designers and architects charged with transforming each school into an extraordinary educational environment, meeting today's collaborative and adaptable needs. Misty will be available in person and remotely to work with your school's Design Team, helping them choose from Academia's extensive line of colors, textures, materials and products or developing new ones as needed. She can guide designers to take best advantage of the versatility and foresight that distinguish the Academia product line. Active in her church, neighborhood and the greater Designer community, Misty is an energetic mom who understands how the right environment can help children succeed. We encourage using Misty's professional guidance for all projects, large or small. As Academia's official Designer liaison, she will greatly facilitate a seamless connection between Design and Architectural Teams and our virtually limitless, innovative furniture options.
