She currently serves as the Vice President of the Arkansas Self-Insured Association (ASIA), where her commitment to the industry is evident through her active involvement in training and supporting self-insured employers throughout the state. Her leadership and expertise have been invaluable during her six years on the ASIA board, where she has played a crucial role in shaping policies that benefit self-insured organizations. Misty also holds the position of Arkansas Ambassador for the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation. Outside of her professional commitments, Misty enjoys traveling and seeks to explore a new destination each year. Her favorite getaway spot is the serene Outer Banks of North Carolina, where she finds both relaxation and inspiration.
