I grew up on a small family farm in Idaho, where I watched my dad work his way up to owning his own business and becoming successful enough to retire and farm his land for enjoyment. My grandfather also ran his own business and demonstrated what hard work looks like in a middle-class family, instilling in me a strong work ethic and the mindset to persevere.Today, as a mother of two, I strive to teach my children the value of hard work. Over the years, I have climbed the corporate ladder and discovered a passion for managing a wide variety of projects. I particularly enjoy driving complex projects from inception to successful completion, especially in the tech and finance sectors, where I find true satisfaction.With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in optimizing processes, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results on time and within budget. I am proficient in project management methodologies and stakeholder management. Implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) has been a game changer in how I manage my family, my teams, my projects, and even our hunting season.Throughout my career, I’ve been consistently recognized for my energy and strong sense of commitment to elevating team performance and propelling businesses to new heights of efficiency and profitability.
