Consistent Exceeds Expectations performer rating with role model rating for company values. • No matter where you work at the end of the day, It’s all about people: My store had the highest improvement in the district for associate engagement. 11 BPS improvement. Selected as District lead for Associate morale and engagement. Developed action plans, presentations and collaboration sessions for 11 stores. Led district above associate commitment goals. • Selected as District Trainer and facilitator: Create and facilitate training presentations to train and develop the district talent bench. Create and schedule onboarding training for assistant store managers. • Operational Excellence award in stock and freight flow execution for the Northern Division. I am best known for my positive attitude, love of travel, Baseball, Go Yanks! and being that girl that beat you in fantasy football. Oh, I almost forgot I may be competitive =)
