I am an Associate Attorney at Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti LLP in the Civil Litigation practice group representing individuals and businesses concerning business law, breach of contract, commercial and residential real estate, and bankruptcy creditors’ rights. I also have experience with class action lawsuits. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, I was a law clerk with BHGR for two years while attending law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While at the Sturm College of Law, I was the President of Students for Sensible Drug Policy DU Chapter, the Vice President of the ACLU DU Chapter, and the Vice President of the First Generation Law Student Alliance DU Chapter. I was also the Managing Editor for the Denver Law Review, Vol. I have an undergraduate degree in business communications and a graduate degree in legal administration. Prior to enrolling in law school, I was a paralegal for eight years and became well-versed in the Rules of Civil Procedure, discovery, document management, and litigation tools and technology.
