I am a very intelligent and well educated generalist with a diverse educational background and work experience. Managed several IT groups including network operations, customer service and highly technical tier analysts with anywhere from 7 to upwards of 25 employees. Highly motivated, business-savvy, technically sophisticated management professional with strong team-based leadership qualifications and exceptional interpersonal and communications skills I am formally educated in analysis, finance and overall business management including evaluating proposals, managing all types of budgets, and driving process improvement and documentation. I am very organized, with superior multitasking ability, and have been successful in managing conflicting priorities and in providing leadership and direction. I led the transformation of the change management process at Landis + Gyr, establishing strong controls and initiating standard communications with our customers, using the ITIL change management structure. Additionally, my group and I were critical participants during all of the company’s SAS70 audits, resulting in highly successfully audit results. I am considered an expert in ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management System and I was certified as an internal auditor for these standards. I was instrumental in achieving ISO certification for our department and our company, Landis + Gyr. I have also been successful in other endeavors, I am active outside work and have exposure to and have completed all course work toward a Six Sigma black belt certification. Specialties: Certified Internal Auditor and SME for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. ITIL v3 Foundation certified and Six Sigma educated (black belt trained but not certified).
