Marketing for Increased Non-Profit Funding/Sales: Reversed a struggling, HIV/AIDS-PEPFAR, global grant-making program’s future by designing a low-cost marketing campaign that increased program visibility with donor (US government). Heightened program profile and raised an additional $12M+ in funding. Data Analytics: Developed a health quality improvement and outcome reporting framework that resulted in 30%–70% performance improvement in key measures and increased staff morale.
