With over 19 years of experience in human resource management, I am a passionate and dedicated HR professional who strives to create a positive and productive work environment for both employees and employers. My core competencies include IT recruitment, induction program, employee relations, payroll management, training and development, performance appraisal, exit, and strategic HRM. I have a PGDHRM from ICCFAI University and a B.ED from Dibrugarh University. I am currently the HR Manager at Tetra Information Services Pvt. Ltd, a leading IT solutions provider based in New Delhi. As the HR Manager at Tetra Information Services, I manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to hiring qualified IT professionals for various projects and clients. I also handle employee grievances, payroll processing, and legal compliance. I design and conduct induction programs, training sessions, and performance reviews to onboard new hires, enhance employee skills, and foster employee engagement and retention. I collaborate with senior management and other departments to align HR policies and practices with the company's vision, mission, and values. I have successfully recruited over 500 IT staff, and improved employee satisfaction and retention rates by 30%.
