About Mitch Beard

I’ve guided EarthSoft’s evolution into a global provider of environmental and geotechnical data‑management systems over the past three decades. Our EQuIS platform is used in more than 90 countries by government agencies, laboratories, industrials, and environmental consultancies. EQuIS is designed for enterprise‑scale data integrity, interoperability, and operational reliability. It supports automated data validation, standardized exchange formats, and integrations with laboratory, GIS, and enterprise systems—enabling consistent, auditable workflows across complex programs and regulatory environments. I lead EarthSoft with a innovation‑first, long‑term perspective: building resilient software architectures, fostering strategic partnerships, and scaling teams and processes for global deployment. My goal remains unchanged: empower organizations with the technology they need to manage environmental and geotechnical data on a global scale.
