Background
About Mitch Boehm
I am a Quick Learner, Focused and Efficient, ready to learn and follow instructions. I'm a Team Leader who lead a group of 3-4 co-workers. Gave direction and trained in tasks that needed to be completed. As a leader i take responsibility for my actions. My line of work is very fast paced so I always needed too plan ahead, know the steps needed and problem solve situations when they came about during the job. I have some Mechanical experience from operating, fixing and doing regular maintenance on our heavy equipment. I've worked in all sorts of weather conditions (ex:+30 Summers-30 winters, cold rainy days, 70-80 km winds) having too pay attention too changing weather conditions when storms rolled in, dressing properly too the conditions, using the buddy system to keep an eye on one another and making sure everyone was getting the breaks, nutrients and hydration throughout the day which was our top priority
