Hello my name is Mitch Dupre and thank you for viewing my LinkedIn Page! Originally from Litchfield CT and a Bryant University Graduate, I have spent the main part of my career at Travelers Insurance within the Small Commercial Product Management space. During this time I worked to become well rounded within the insurance industry, spending time on big picture CW strategies as well as working directly with our partners out in the field rolling out state/local projects. The main skillsets I would say I bring to the table are my critical thinking and influencing. I have always took pride in the ability to quickly but effectively look at something and understand how it works, where is the issue, how to solve it, and most importantly how to get others on board to make changes. One thing to note is I thrive working in new and innovative areas where I can help pave the way. Because of this I consider it my "true north" for future career aspirations going forward and will continue to work towards those areas of the business.
