As a Broadcast Engineering Executive, my teams have had a high success rate for flawless project and special event execution over the past 15+ years. My approach has been to surround myself with high-quality technical teams through effective recruiting, training, and mentoring. In addition, I bring an infectious no-nonsense approach that gives the team confidence to use their creativity to attack the unique challenges that this business presents on a daily basis. As a technical innovator, I am constantly pursuing opportunities to modernize content distribution and content delivery networks and related infrastructure. Over the years, this has led to a remarkable improvement in technical capabilities and performance of my technical landscape. Major projects included the design and construction management of large production facilities, a network satellite distribution system with a technical operations center, and the design and deployment of a large-scale audio routing/mixing system.
