As a highly experienced professional in the Open Cut Mining and Heavy Industrial Industry, I have spent the last 10 years excelling in mechanical and digital diagnostics and repair, as well as supervising workplace performance to ensure desirable outcomes. My expertise extends to electronic diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, and the coordination of supply chains and logistics. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration to further develop my knowledge of mining operations. My qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Management, Cert IV in HCV Mechanic, Cert IV in Business, BMA Induction 2018, First Aid Certificate, HR license, Forklift license, and S1,2,3/G1,8,9 Site Safety Supervisor Certificate. In my most recent role as Supervisor of the MEM Truck Workshop at BHP Jimblebar, I coached and developed a team of 22 members, managed maintenance activities of a Fleet of 61 Cat 793F Autonomous haul trucks, engaged with local businesses to build sustainable avenues, and instilled a safe work mindset with frontline to ensure team members and individuals continue to enjoy their workplace while being transparent during incidents and investigations. Prior to this, I served as Supervisor of the HEQ Workshop at RIO TINTO Weipa, where I managed a Fleet of belly dump trucks, Cat 993k, 16M Graders, and D10T & D11R Dozers, assisted in maintaining client relations, coordinated major shuts, and monitored team members for safe work habits and created safe workshop & culture. My previous experience also includes a Foreman role at Poitrel QLD and Karara WA for DOWNER EDI, where I managed a Fleet of 793C Rear dump trucks, Bucyrus RH340 excavators, Cat 16M Graders, and D11T Dozers, coordinated major shuts, and prioritized tasks to use safely and correctly. Throughout my career, I have proven my ability to adapt to long hours and shift work while performing successful maintenance on vehicles as an individual in a timely and efficient manner.
