I am a dedicated and experienced Construction Director with a proven track record in the restoration and roofing industry. In my current role, I excel in scoping, estimating, and negotiating with insurance carriers to advocate for homeowners, ensuring they receive fair payouts on their claims. My responsibilities also encompass coordinating material orders, deliveries, and project crew schedules to facilitate seamless project execution. In addition to my expertise in restoration, I play a pivotal role in our roofing company, offering valuable insights into advising, marketing material design, crew hiring, and cost tracking. My skills shine in budgeting and maintaining profit margins, ensuring the financial health of our rebuild division and roofing company. My journey in the construction field began at The Ohio State University, where I studied Construction Management. Since then, I have held diverse roles such as Project Manager, Estimator, and Operations Director, ultimately reaching my current position as Construction Director for two thriving companies. I hold several certifications from the IICRC and am actively working towards my Triple Master certification. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, possessing excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. My driving force is to provide exceptional experiences for our clients, and I am deeply committed to helping Operation Restoration and Red Hornet Roofing expand their footprint in Central Ohio and beyond. My goal is to lead the rebuild division in restoration and roofing across multiple markets, ultimately touching the lives of as many people as possible.
