The strengths that have most helped me add value to the organizations I've worked at are: 1. I can learn anything. I've spent my career working at small companies solving ambiguous problems through my own research and trial. I've become proficient at handfuls of skills through self-practice, including SQL, Salesforce Visualforce, Excel, Database Schema Design, Digital Marketing, and more. I create processes. I am skilled at seeing inputs and creating a standardized process to create a desired output. I have often taken a mess of information and organized it into a system that works every time. I am analytically minded. I am great in excel, but besides quantitative adeptness, relevant risks often come to mind when working on new projects. What could go wrong? How do we prevent that from happening? These are the questions that I often have the answers to. Previously in my career, I mastered digital marketing skills by being thrown into the fire. I deeply understand SEO, digital advertising, and content marketing. At my first job, they called me "The Oracle" because once I learned a marketing principle, I because a source of knowledge about that topic. In my current product manager role, I designed the frameworks, functionality, and algorithms for a software tool that revolutionizes the way small businesses handle their marketing. Managing this tool requires me to develop a deep understanding of technical systems that were new to our company. As a director at a small business, I wear a lot of hats. I have become our unofficial salesforce administrator, graphic designer, data analyst/excel master, and much more.
