In the year 2019 I moved from the Netherlands towards sunny Portugal. starting my career in customer service as an agent. within the year I got promoted to team leader, responsible for answering questions, planning and supporting management. not long after I proved to be a valuable asset to the management team. resulting in by now (2022) two years of managing my own multi lingual team.
