My mother once fired me from a summer job on the first day after I told her, for the third time, that “that’s just the way we do things” was a bad reason to do something. That’s the approach that I take to my work – if I’m going to do something, I want to do it the right way – and the approach that I encourage my clients to leverage in Customer Success. I genuinely care about their successes, work with them through their struggles, and maintain a long-term focus at all times: responsiveness, empathy, authenticity, and accountability are central to the relationships that I build with my customers. Outside of work, I’m an avid soccer fan, previously serving in leadership of an FC Dallas Supporters' Group. I’m an advocate of the TCU Neeley MBA program that's given me so much, serving on their Alumni Champions board and as a mentor for first year TCU MBA students.
