I’m a highly driven and disciplined ongoing learner eager to develop strategic solutions and recommendations for current and future market imperfections. My experience in marketing strategy has afforded me the ability to develop and refine complex customer journey maps, and strategize holistic-omni channel approaches to meet the customer at each critical point in their journey. This multi-dimensional approach does not only apply for analyzing people, but also for business processes and communication structures. The principle focus of my master’s degree at Babson was directed towards operating models, supply chain analysis, resource utilization, and value capture. Though I have limited professional experience executing on such topics, I’m comfortable analyzing and questioning the status quo, in the pursuit of making better outcomes.
