About Mitch Singh

I am a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at Glaister Ennor. I specialise in providing legal and strategic advice to clients involved in commercial and civil disputes, with a particular focus on contract, property, company and insolvency law. I also frequently provide advice on regulatory compliance in a range of both established and emerging industries. I am a firm believer in alternative dispute resolution, having represented my university, and later New Zealand, in international negotiation competitions. I have carried that training and ethos into my practice, having resolved a variety of complex disputes through negotiation or mediation. My goal is to seek a resolution for my clients, in a way that minimises the cost, stress, and uncertainty often associated with litigation. However, this is not always possible, and as an experienced advocate, I have advanced my clients’ interests at all levels of our legal system, from specialist Tribunals, through to the District and High Courts, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of New Zealand.
