As an organizational strategist, I’ve had the privilege over the course of my career to help leaders that I’ve worked with push boundaries, helping our teams achieve new heights of success. As one of the first 20 employees to join MG2, I know first-hand the importance of every single role within a firm, weaving together cross-market, dynamic skillsets in order to bring architectural visions to life. I like to approach every day with a design and delivery mindset, working with our Principals and partners to drive kinetic transformation long into the future. As MG2’s CEO, I revel in helping my employees build meaningful connections between their work and our client’s desire to advance their brands. I believe that this approach, along with radical, top-down transparency and candor, cultivate a winning culture founded on the right people, strategies, and commitment to our partners.
