About Mitch Soper

As an Experience Design (XD) Principal at Slalom, I bring over ten years of creative thought leadership in user experience design, concept development, and product design to drive inspired solutions that are informed by user-driven data and designed for the benefit of all. I have a background in industrial design and sustainable design, which allows me to examine the tangible product, its lifecycle, and how those connecting with it and the intangible designed solutions are impacted. My mission is to understand a business and the user needs and focus on those who are impacted by the solutions. I use empathy, research, and design thinking to guide my exploration and hypotheses, and I find inspiration around every corner. I seek opportunities to work on rewarding and challenging projects that will leverage my creative energy, passion for sustainability, and personal skills to encourage growth and advancement.
