About Mitch Strange

I am a Swiss Army knife of professional backgrounds. I’ve worked everything from a day care to retail to church ministry to healthcare. Every step along the way though has been me showing up to do two things: chew some gum and kick some butt. And I’m usually out of gum. I’m a lead medical biller now where I help manage a team of 10+ people. I’ve been running point on helping to integrate the billing of over $3.5 million in daily charges for a cancer treatment center. This while also training new hires, designing/implementing daily workflows, and putting into place different processes for the billing department. For 3 years before that I was working in the hospital setting where I was having daily interaction with patients, running workflows to review and verify registrations, and helped to implement a daily huddle program as part of a Six Sigma Yellow Belt training. I completed a web development boot camp with Eleven Fifty Academy in Nov of 2021, have an interest in Wordpress has a freelancer, and I’m currently learning about Salesforce. I’m always open to learning new skills to put on the tool belt.
