I am a trusted advisor to my clients on their technological transformations, with a focus on the Salesforce Platform and a particular niche in the Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Operations spaces. I have over a decade of CRM implementation experience, both client-side and as a partner; and in this time I've accrued a deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, acquiring 21 certifications in the process. I've developed ties to clients in both the SaaS and manufacturing spaces, working tirelessly with homebuilders, heavy machinery manufacturers, and software startups alike to ensure that their clients are served with consistency, clarity, and accuracy. Since the acquisition of Nubik by Deloitte in 2022, I have been focused on building out our Canadian Revenue Operations expertise, positioning us as leaders in the mid-market. I was named as Deloitte Digital's Quote-to-Cash capability leader in 2023, allowing me to expand the team's abilities to deliver in this space, and in 2025 I began leading our Boutique sub-offering's techno-functional consulting team as a whole
