As a branch manager at Hertz, I oversee the daily operations and customer service of a busy car rental location. I have an associate degree from Oakland Community College and more than six years of experience in the car rental industry. I started my career as a service agent at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I learned the skills of vehicle maintenance, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. I joined Hertz in 2021 and quickly rose to the position of branch manager, thanks to my leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. I am passionate about providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our fleet. I am also committed to supporting and developing my team, as well as collaborating with other branches and departments. My goal is to grow the business and reputation of Hertz in the local market and beyond.
