Background

About Mitchell Algorri

I am a United States Marine Corps veteran with over a decade of technical expertise in high-reliability industries. During my 7 years as an Avionics Technician in the USMC and as a civilian contractor, I developed strong skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and systems integration on complex aircraft platforms—working under pressure to ensure mission readiness and safety. After transitioning from military service, I built on that foundation with 3 years of experience as a Nuclear Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Technician. In this role, I specialized in maintaining and calibrating safety-critical systems that support nuclear power operations, reinforcing my attention to detail, compliance with rigorous standards, and commitment to operational excellence. I bring a proven track record of technical problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork in demanding environments. My goal is to continue leveraging my experience in my current role as a plant operator to contribute to industries where precision, safety, and reliability are paramount
