My successful nursing career began in the military, which helped form me as a consummate team player. Since that time I have made a significant difference in the lives of a diverse patient base including the homeless, low income and affluent clients, migrant workers and individuals with occupational injuries. My key strengths include: Identifying and implementing administrative measures to cut costs and boost productivity Determining and rapidly implementing the most effective treatment options Building bridges among physicians, paraprofessionals, and staff to optimize patient satisfaction Uncovering inefficiencies and designing technology-based systems to enable rapid reimbursement Known as driven and focused, I diagnose problems quickly and determine the best solution. Passionate about education, I champion new training to maximize staffs’ potential.
