TODAY, WORKING FROM OFFICES IN NY & MONTREAL, DMS AND A GLOBAL NETWORK OF PROFESSIONALS APPLY THAT EXPERTISE & INSIGHT TO DELIVER A NEXT GENERATION OF STUDIOS CREATING MEDIA CAMPUSES & GLOBAL PRODUCTION HUBS: DMS advised Screen Gems Studios / Miami throughout 2024 and was instrumental in negotiating the 2025 contract with MRC Entertainment to house the first season of "M.I.A.", an episodic crime drama for NBC / Peacock. DMS continues to provide ongoing operational and technical expertise, as well as general business advisement. In 2022/23, DMS was commissioned by an A-list Hollywood actor to conduct a feasibility study to build and operate a production studio campus and training center in New Orleans. In 2021, DMS collaborated with the Walters-Storyk Design Group ("WSDG") on a feasibility and architectural study for Somerset Development. The focus - to create innovative studios integrated with their Bell Works "Metrohub" complex; the reimagination of the iconic Eero Saarinen designed former Bell Labs building in Holmdel, New Jersey. In 2015/2016, DMS was employed to craft and implement the business and operational plans in Miami for a SF studio complex; developed in a public-private partnership between the City of Miami and EUE/Screen Gems, Ltd. DMS negotiated the initial long-term anchor contract creating Viacom International Studios as a dedicated production hub for Viacom's Miami-based LATAM entertainment networks. In 2013/14, DMS was retained by BBC Worldwide Productions to create and implement the global business, design and operational plans for a proposed SF media campus in Wales, UK. The facility, now operating as Wolf Studios Wales, is anchored by Bad Wolf, an independent production company based there, London and Los Angeles. Following Hurricane Sandy in 2012, DMS worked with Chelsea Piers to help resurrect Silver Screen Studios. Mr. Brill crafted and closed a long-term contract with Fox Sports' FS1 network to restore and utilize studios to house its launch in NYC. THE "LIVING STUDIO": A PROTOTYPE In 2017-19, DMS led the effort with WSDG, Sonic Studios and B&H Design to create a prescient, smart home/studio prototype - a "living studio"- embedded within a home environment.
