About Mitchell Chubb

I started my firm with 12 cases and one goal — Pay the bills. Growing up in Central Florida, I was surrounded by servants. Dad was a pastor. Mom was a teacher. We didn’t have much money but had a lot of love. They taught me how important and rewarding it is to help those in need. My uncle was also a personal injury lawyer, so I got a glimpse into how he served clients in the darkest moments of their lives. He made their voices heard by large corporations and insurance companies that wouldn’t listen. I realized personal injury law was a natural fit for how I wanted to serve. By March 2021, I had a great position at another firm, but I always dreamed of creating my own firm. Could I generate enough business to sustain a firm and provide for my family? I didn’t know. But I had to try. Something inside told me the time was now. Even though we had two little boys (2 and 4) at home, my wife Elie'se agreed it was time- I focused on doing the best I could for my clients in the few cases I had- I promised every client to do whatever it took to get the result they deserved- I worked like my family’s future depended on it- By the end of 2021, we had about 50 cases- In 2022, we doubled both our caseload and our revenue- We doubled both again in 2023. The firm that started with just me and Elie'se has grown to 8 team members. I’m grateful so many people from the community put their trust in us at Chubb Law. We’ve been blessed with a streak of outstanding client results, with over $20M won and counting. It’s been an amazing journey so far. And I'm grateful every time a colleague refers our firm a case or a person calls us after they've been hurt. “We exist to serve” is one of our core values.
